Choosing Your Configuration
Chiller: Pro is 0.5 HP. Elite is 1.0 HP. Both chill to 34°F and heat to 104°F. The Elite has more cooling power, which helps in hot climates or with frequent use.
Touchscreen: The plunge and chiller are rated for indoor and outdoor use either way. The screen is what differs. The Indoor Rated screen is for indoor use only. Choose Outdoor Rated if the plunge will live outside, and keep it out of direct sunlight.

Common Questions
How is it different from the Blizzard?
The Whiteout is smaller and angled. It holds 105 gallons in a 66 5/8" tub that reclines you and fits users up to 6'4". The Blizzard is Primal's largest plunge: 127 gallons in a 72 1/2" tub that fits users up to 7'0". Both use the same Pro or Elite chillers, the same 34°F to 104°F range, and the same 21.5" PrimalOS touchscreen.
What does the touchscreen do?
It runs PrimalOS: guided coaching, scenery, playlists, breathing exercises, yoga, meditation, and session metrics. You can also set the temperature from your phone over WiFi.
What electrical setup does it need?
Confirm with us before ordering. We'll verify the outlet and circuit for your configuration so your electrician knows what to prepare.
What does it cost to run?
It depends on chiller size, your climate, and how cold you keep the water. The spray foam insulation and included cover reduce how often the chiller runs. Call us with your local electricity rate and we'll help you estimate it.
Indoor or outdoor?
Both. The plunge and chiller are rated for either. Pick the Outdoor Rated screen for outdoor placement, and keep it out of direct sunlight.
What should I have ready for delivery day?
A clear, level spot that can support 1,020 lbs once filled, about 87" long with the chiller and screen attached, plus a nearby water source and power. If it's going on a deck or upper floor, have a contractor confirm the structure can carry the weight.
Still deciding? Call or text 760.840.5141, we'll confirm fit, delivery, and electrical before you order.
About This Cold Plunge
The Whiteout is Primal's angled plunge. The tub sets you back in a reclined position, which some plungers find easier to relax into on longer sessions. It holds 105 gallons and fits users up to 6'4".
It chills to 34°F and heats to 104°F. The 21.5" touchscreen runs PrimalOS, so guided sessions, breathing work, and music play right at the tub.
Choose your chiller by climate and how often you plunge. Choose your screen by where the plunge will live. Then plan for the filled weight: 1,020 lbs.

Shipping Policy
Free curbside delivery
- Free shipping to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.
- Your plunge travels by freight truck, not UPS or FedEx. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- It arrives on a wooden pallet at your curb or driveway. Moving it indoors, unboxing, setup, and packaging removal are not included.
- A small number of remote addresses carry extra delivery costs. If yours is one of them, we will contact you before anything ships.
White glove delivery (additional cost)
- The crew carries your plunge to the room of your choice on the entry floor, unboxes it, and removes the packaging and pallet. Setup is not included.
- Billed separately after your order is placed. Email support@forgerecoverygroup.com before your plunge ships to arrange it.
- White glove scheduling can add days to your delivery.
Delays
- Weather and seasonal demand can slow freight delivery. Some shipments move to a smaller truck once they reach your area.
Missed deliveries and address errors
- Someone must be home for the scheduled delivery. Redelivery fees from a missed appointment are your responsibility.
- If a shipment is refused or comes back because of an incorrect address, you pay the return and reshipping costs. Free shipping on the original order doesn't change this.
Return and Refund Policy
30 day returns
- Request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- The plunge must be unused, in the condition it arrived, and packed in its original packaging and protective foam. Damage caused by poor repacking is your responsibility.
- Email support@forgerecoverygroup.com with your order number. We will send return instructions and a prepaid freight label. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Your refund
Your refund is the purchase price minus:
- A 25% restocking fee
- The cost of the return freight label
- The 3% payment processing fee
On a $10,000 order with a $600 return label, for example, your refund would be $6,600. Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take longer to post it.
Damage on arrival
- Inspect your plunge when it arrives. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and video, to support@forgerecoverygroup.com.
- Reported damage is handled separately from a standard return, and the fees above do not apply.
