1. Installation Overview

Forge systems are engineered for efficient, modular installation. Most indoor models are precision-built to assemble without specialized construction experience.
Before shipment, every unit is inspected, quality-checked, and securely packaged for freight delivery.

2. Indoor Sauna Installation
What You’ll Need
- 1–2 additional adults
- Standard screwdriver
- 120–240V electrical connection (model dependent)
- Licensed electrician for final hookup
What You Won’t Need
- Major construction tools
- Custom carpentry
- Structural modification (unless specified for product)
Estimated Assembly Time: ~2 hours (model dependent)
Indoor models are designed to install cleanly inside garages, home gyms, basements, or dedicated wellness rooms.
If you can assemble large modular furniture, you can assemble this.
3. Outdoor Sauna Installation
OUTDOOR SYSTEMS
Outdoor systems are larger and require site preparation.
Recommended
- 2–4 adults
- Level base (concrete pad, pavers, or reinforced deck)
- Licensed electrician for hardwired models
Estimated Installation Time: 3–4 hours depending on preparation.
If you want it flawless and fast, hire a contractor.
If you’re comfortable with large modular assembly, it’s manageable.
4. Cold Plunge & Contrast System Setup
Partial Assembly
Cold plunges and contrast systems arrive partially assembled depending on manufacturer.
Requirements May Include:
- Level surface
- Standard GFCI outlet (model dependent)
- Hose access for initial fill
- Proper drainage location
Always reference your product page for exact electrical and site specifications.
Recovery should feel powerful — not complicated.

Most Forge systems ship via freight on a pallet.
Standard Delivery Includes:
- Curbside drop-off
- Liftgate service (most residential deliveries)
- Scheduled delivery window via freight carrier
The driver will unload the pallet but will not move it inside your home, garage, or backyard.
You are responsible for relocating components to the installation area.
White Glove Delivery may be available in select regions.
This service may include:
- Inside delivery
- Placement in desired location
- Debris removal

We strongly recommend:
- Having 2–4 adults available
- Using a furniture dolly for heavier panels
- Measuring doorways and pathways in advance
- Confirming base installation is complete before delivery
Most panels can be carried by two adults.
Preparation prevents friction.
If installation will be delayed:
- Store indoors whenever possible
- Or place in a fully covered, dry area
- Protect from moisture and precipitation
Improper storage may result in damage not covered under warranty.
