Three inch thick foam insulated walls keep the water cold and block outside heat from working its way in. Adjustable water flow jets add active resistance to the plunge itself, pushing past the point where the body typically adjusts to the temperature. The system pairs with the LUX chiller and filtration unit, a 1.5 horsepower system capable of cooling water down to 34 degrees Fahrenheit or heating it up to 104 degrees, giving the same unit a working range well beyond cold therapy alone.

Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are
accepted under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The customer wishes to return a new, unused item within the policy window, and includes all original packaging and accessories.
- The damage or issue was reported within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Used or installed products cannot be returned unless defective
upon arrival.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described.
- Company Responsibility: If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
