The CryoCloud is a recovery bed designed to deliver a dry cooling session: users recline fully clothed while precision-cooled channels circulate beneath the surface, replacing the water, ice, or tank setup a traditional cold plunge or cryotherapy chamber requires.
The system is built for repeat, low-friction use. There is no water to manage, no ice to source, and no enclosed chamber to step into, the entire session takes place lying down on a cushioned surface. This makes it suited to a dedicated recovery room or a space where a full cold plunge installation is not practical.

Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are
accepted under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The customer wishes to return a new, unused item within the policy window, and includes all original packaging and accessories.
- The damage or issue was reported within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Used or installed products cannot be returned unless defective
upon arrival.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described.
- Company Responsibility: If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Restocking fee: 25% of the product price for approved returns.
