About the Core
A walled side garden. An olive tree. Early light on the gravel path. The water waits at 37°F.
Not every remarkable room is a large one.
The Core carries the Signature's craft into sixty inches: siding in cedar or TimberTech, a solid surface top in Solid White or Carbon Concrete, and the same double-wall stainless construction. Its compact chiller rests beside it in a black case, easy to set against a wall or behind a planter.
Cold at 37°F before the day begins. Warm at 104°F once the house goes quiet.
Give it a corner you might otherwise overlook: under the eaves of a side yard, beside the outdoor shower, in the garage gym you finally finished properly. The smallest room in the house can become the one you use most.
Every Core is built to order in Southern California, finished to match the house it is going into.

Common Questions:
How is the Core different from the Signature?
Where the equipment goes. The Core is the smaller plunge, 60" long with a 55" interior and 120 gallons, and its chiller sits beside it. The Signature builds the chiller, pump, filtration, and drain into a 92" cabinet with a 60" interior and 140 gallons. Both use the same double wall stainless construction, filtration, and 37°F to 105°F range.
Can I switch from cold to hot in one session?
No. Going from about 45°F to about 102°F, or back, takes roughly 4 to 6 hours depending on climate. Most owners cold plunge in the morning and use it as a hot tub at night.
What power does it need?
A standard 120V, 20 amp circuit. It plugs into an outdoor rated GFCI outlet, so most homes need no new wiring. Have an electrician confirm the circuit can carry it.
How cold and how hot does it get?
Down to 37°F and up to 105°F. Chilo says most owners keep it between 45°F and 50°F for cold plunges.
Where does the chiller go?
Beside the tub, connected by hoses. Plan floor space for it next to the 60" x 25" pad, and call us for its exact dimensions before you order.
How does it drain?
A floor drain with a hose hookup. Run the hose to a drain or your yard.
What maintenance does it need?
Rinse or swap the filter every 4 to 6 weeks, and drain and refill every 1 to 3 months. Natural wood siding needs resealing every 6 to 12 months; TimberTech doesn't.
Can it go outside?
Yes. The tub is stainless and the siding is rated for sun and rain. A UV cover is available for outdoor setups.
What's the warranty?
Lifetime structural coverage on the stainless tub and frame, plus 2 years on the chiller, pumps, filtration, electrical, and controls. It covers the original purchaser. Wood, TimberTech, and countertop finishes aren't covered. For any warranty question, call us at 760.840.5141.
What should I have ready for delivery day?
A level spot that can carry about 1,300 lbs filled, with room for the chiller beside the tub. You'll also need a 120V, 20 amp GFCI outlet within reach and a place to drain.
Shipping Policy
Free curbside delivery
- Free shipping to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.
- Your plunge travels by freight truck, not UPS or FedEx. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- It arrives on a wooden pallet at your curb or driveway. Moving it indoors, unboxing, setup, and packaging removal are not included.
- A small number of remote addresses carry extra delivery costs. If yours is one of them, we will contact you before anything ships.
White glove delivery (additional cost)
- The crew carries your plunge to the room of your choice on the entry floor, unboxes it, and removes the packaging and pallet. Setup is not included.
- Billed separately after your order is placed. Email support@forgerecoverygroup.com before your plunge ships to arrange it.
- White glove scheduling can add days to your delivery.
Delays
- Weather and seasonal demand can slow freight delivery. Some shipments move to a smaller truck once they reach your area.
Missed deliveries and address errors
- Someone must be home for the scheduled delivery. Redelivery fees from a missed appointment are your responsibility.
- If a shipment is refused or comes back because of an incorrect address, you pay the return and reshipping costs. Free shipping on the original order doesn't change this.
Return and Refund Policy
30 day returns
- Request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- The plunge must be unused, in the condition it arrived, and packed in its original packaging and protective foam. Damage caused by poor repacking is your responsibility.
- Email support@forgerecoverygroup.com with your order number. We will send return instructions and a prepaid freight label. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Your refund
Your refund is the purchase price minus:
- A 25% restocking fee
- The cost of the return freight label
- The 3% payment processing fee
On a $10,000 order with a $600 return label, for example, your refund would be $6,600. Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take longer to post it.
Damage on arrival
- Inspect your plunge when it arrives. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and video, to support@forgerecoverygroup.com.
- Reported damage is handled separately from a standard return, and the fees above do not apply.
