Four overlapping chambers inflate in sequence along the leg rather than all at once. Pressure runs from 30 to 180 mmHg, and individual chambers can be switched off to exclude a sore or sensitive area from a session.

The zip on design adjusts across three zipper settings with an included extension strap, expanding the standard cut by up to eight inches per section. Programs, pressure, and chamber level control are managed through the Flowell Connect app.
