Most compression systems stop at the knee. The Flowell Sport Deluxe Pants run from the feet to the stomach, and they draw power from an outlet rather than a battery, which is what lets them hold full pressure for the length of a session without fading.

Eight overlapping chambers inflate in sequence along the leg rather than all at once. Pressure is adjustable from 30 to 240 mmHg across eight levels, and individual chambers can be switched off, so a sore or injured area can be excluded from a session without giving up the rest of it.

Fit is handled with three zipper options and an included extension strap, which together expand the standard cut by up to eight inches per section. Six programs cover the range from a light session on a rest day to deep sequential compression after heavy training.
